The ski room is located on the ground floor. Access to the ski slopes from the building.You go skiing and return to the door of the building.

There is no wifi included in the rental- the wifi of the station (paid) "icilesmenuires" is accessible.
If you have a 4G package it works perfectly including on the TV via your PC an hdmi cable is in the apartment.
  • Parking nearby
Parking (free) is located behind the building, access by the Rue des Flocons. A drop off allows you to unload your luggage and bring it to the apartment (plan provided after confirmed reservation), then the placement of vehicles is free.You will not need your vehicle during the week of your stay!! You can do everything on foot and quickly from the apartment.

General terms and conditions of rental

Saturday from 3pm - autonomous entrance NEW 2024 by lock connected. Code valid only the time of your stay -a detailed plan will be provided by e-mail after confirmation of your reservation-The apartment will be given to you in a clean state-report any problem or lack to our concierge service.(photos recommended) Skis must be stored in the ski room located on the ground floor.

The amount of the stay indicated in the contract includes the provision of housing including taxes (water, electricity, heating) except for any additional services and the tourist tax collected on behalf of local authorities.
The apartment given for rent is intended for seasonal tourist accommodation and exclusive use of housing. Any subletting or even simple loan of the apartment to a third person even relative is strictly prohibited. The tenant must occupy the premises as a "good father" respect the neighbors especially regarding noise pollution. He will keep the furniture and equipment in good condition.
The tenant must comply with the rules of co-ownership and the building in which the apartment is located so that the owner can never be worried. Pets are not allowed. The number of people who can occupy the apartment during the same rental period, is strictly limited to the number of beds stated in the description of the rental contract.
It is specified that the seasonal rental of apartment does not fall within the responsibility of hoteliers. Accordingly, the tenant will take all protective measures during his stay. Namely to close the doors with keys, the bay windows and the local àski.. The owner cannot be held liable in case of theft, damage to personal luggage, jewelry or any other value introduced into the apartment or ski room.

A security deposit of 700 € must be sent to us the week before your arrival. By check (not cashed) or by bank transfer (iban to be provided for reimbursement)-bank fees outside the EU extra -This deposit is intended to cover any lack of equipment or damage up to 560 € and 140 € for the household.. Our concierge service makes the check out after your departure.Après satisfactory condition the deposit is returned to you the week following your departure.

Cancellation possible up to 30 days before the date of entry. The fees of dssiers ( 30 €) are not refundable.
. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. No refund in case of no show. Any early departure of the tenant will not give rise to any refund.
Cancellation and full refund by the landlord only in case of force majeure such as fire, significant water discharges...making the occupation of the apartment impossible .
